Our live, bubbling active sourdough starter – ready when you are. Crafted from our 150-year-old heritage culture with roots in France and the Netherlands, this fresh, fully activated wheat starter takes all the guesswork out of baking. It’s strong, reliable, and bursting with wild yeast power – ideal for bakers who want to skip activation and dive straight into their next loaf.

Lovingly fed with 100% Australian, organic, unbleached bakers flour, this starter is maintained in small batches for peak health and performance.

📦 Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our home base in Port Macquarie, Australia.

🚚 How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery within Australia usually takes 2–8 business days. Rural areas may take a little longer, up to 17 days. You’ll receive tracking info once your order is dispatched.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within Australia.

💸 How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 AUD.

📬 When will my order be sent?
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 24-48 hrs after payment. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address details. If we receive a returned item for in incorrect address we can either  refund or reship the item to you.
