Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all locations within Australia via Australia Post and Aramex. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Times
All orders are generally processed within 24-48 hrs after payment is received. Order cut-off times are 12pm during business operating hours (Mon-Sat). Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
In the rare event of a delay (e.g. high order volumes or supply interruptions), we will notify you via email.
Delivery Times
We ship all parcels via Australia Post. You can elect to use either Standard Parcel Post or Express Parcel Post from Australia Post
Estimated delivery time from submitting your order is:
- Express: 1–6 days depending on your location.
- Standard: 1-17 days depending on your location.
- Rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated according to Australia Post's rates at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We offer free or flat-rate shipping promotions based on order value and weight. Orders over $120 and 9kg or under qualify for free shipping. From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping rates. We do not offer express shipping on orders 5kg and over
If your order is over 14kg, please contact us at shop@doughmygod.com.au for custom shipping rates.
Packaging
Your items will be securely packaged in food-grade packaging and shipped in protective mailers to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at ohcrumb@doughmygod.com.au within 7 days of expected delivery. We’ll do our best to assist and, if necessary, send a replacement.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address details.
