OMG where do I start!!
Toni and the team were absolutely fabulous right from the beginning. When I first was thinking of starting my sour dough journey I had a lot of questions. I rang the company at 5.36 PM to be answered by Tony who spoke to me in great detail about the products and fermentation process. Tony was absolutely amazing, and took his time talking to me, I never once felt like he was rushing to end the call, just a lovely young man to deal with. I emailed a few times and my emails were answered quickly and professionally.. I have since purchased some equipment wihich was also very good quality., I will definitely be purchasing again, hand on heart , I can’t honestly say enough positive things about the products, customer service and give my whole experience a 12 out of 10

Was able to use within 24 hours of hydrating. My starter doubled in size within a few hours - just made my first successful sourdough after 4 other attempts! Amazing - now let’s pray I don’t kill this starter!

Fantastic sourdough starter. I’d previously bought another brand and it just didn’t work. Got this little baby and was starting my first laugh that afternoon. You feed her and she just triples in size so quick. It’s my first time making sourdough and it’s been so easy with this starter I can’t stop!
Great product bought several times
After a couple of failed attempts at starter using other companies' dry starter flakes. I bought this when I was about to give up, and I wish I just bought this earlier. This product turned up, and even though it got delayed a day or two due to Australia Post, I baked an amazing loaf after only one feed.
A couple of weeks later I've made so many different things and my starter always double or triples, I've even spilled out of the jar twice after underestimating the jar size. 10/10 wish I found this sooner - thank you!
It's tough to find any faults here, you're offering an ultra-premium product, the checkout has plenty of shipping options to choose from, multiple payment methods, and the flour packaging is hands down the most practical I've ever seen. the branding is fun, I'd be a real dick to nitpick such a fantastic experience.
Amazing quality on this Provenance Hellfire high-protein flour, wouldn't even compare it in the same sentence to any supermarket stuff. Service was also spot on with ultra fast delivery to NSW. Great work team, it's what we need more small teams like this hitting it out of the park.
