Changed your mind?
No worries — we’ve got your back. If you decide our products aren’t quite what you kneaded, just get in touch within 30 days of purchase and we’ll help sort things out. We ask that you cover the cost shipping and that it arrives unused and in a sellable condition.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items if:

  • The product is in new, unused, and sellable condition (unopened ingredients and unused equipment)
  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • You can provide proof of purchase

If eligible, you may request a refund, store credit, or replacement — your choice.
Please note: Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for it to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at ohcrumb@doughmygod.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll sort it quickly with a replacement or refund.
