From humble beginnings, our 100+ year old starters were brought to Australia from France and the Netherlands by our forebears and used to bake sourdough creations sold at local markets. We're excited for the change from our small batch local deliveries we have focused on previously and looking forward to sharing the joy of artisan baking with the rest of Australia.
