This was the first time using this gf wholemeal flour and I was imprssed. The loaf came out soft and fluffy with a lovely flavour. Definately order again.
Followed the instructions. Fed starter 1 and 1/2 hrs ago and its already almost doubled in size!

My Frankenstarter arrived after 5 days in transit. A feed a warm spot in the kitchen and he grew beautifully.
I was nervous due to the transit time and heat he'd have endured but I wouldn't hesitate to buy again if need be.
He was very runny on arrival, think runny custard consistency but within 2 days he was thick and bubbling like the monster he truly is.
My beautiful Frankenstarter makes the perfect loaf of bread goodness.
This is the 2nd one I have bought for having a spare jar of in cleaning one...so helpful with temperature being so important!!

Just made a white sourdough for a change... usually do wholegrain spelt... this was fantastic...I will alternate these two.. the spelt is always denser so nice to have the change. Love knowing my flour is organic and such good quality!!
Love my bag. Plenty of room. Gorgeous enough to sit on my bench! Snd must importantly, keeps the bread well!
I love this mixed grain and seed. It goes perfectly in sourdough for a beautiful nutty flavour.

I’ve only just started using the flour for a sourdough starter, so it will be a while before I’ve a loaf ready, but so far so good, day four of a lovely strong starter, this four is amazing!

Best starter I've purchased by far! It took 5 days to arrive (i live rurally) but i fed it as soon as it was unpackaged. It was so healthy, i baked same day and the loaf turned out beautifully. Highly recommend! 🤗
