Just starting out my Sourdough journey, know absolutely nothing about it. Bought some starter from Dough My God and haven’t looked back. Backed two loaves and they have been a compete success. Nice rise and great crumb. Best results
A bit skeptical about buying sourdough starters, but this was a nice surprise. I haven't bee been baking for a while, and it took a few goes before it all came back together.

I am writing to let you know that I have great results using your GF sourdough starter.
I bought both your normal sourdough starter and Gluten Free sourdough starter. I would like to say both work really well and they are VERY forgiving. I have only started baking sourdough 3 months ago, that is when I first purchased the starters from you.
I have totally baked less than 10 times, gluten free or far.
I have to adjust the volume, weight and baking time to match with the extra large Emile Henry baking dish volume, but it works beautifully.
I would like to send my gratitude to your team that your product means so much for us. We struggled to get quality and health gluten free sourdough products. Your R n D changes our lives for the infinite better. I am especially grateful for how forgiving the starters are, especially for a beginner like me. I dont feed them regularly and I frequently left them out all night or even days... and they still perform top notch for me.

This is the best flour. Tried many other flours. No compsrison.
The best gf flour to work with. Can't find any substitute that performs the same. Bit pricey but worth it when you see the quality of the bread.
