📦 Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our home base in Port Macquarie to the rest of Australia.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery within Australia usually takes 2–8 business days. Rural areas may take a little longer, up to 15 days. You’ll receive tracking info once your order is dispatched.
🚚 How well do the live starters travel?
We routinely post our live starters from NSW to remote WA and the NT and have not encountered any issues with activity upon feeding after arriving at their new home.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within Australia.
💸 How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over $120 AUD however, if your order is heavy, we sometimes ask for shipping fees.
📬 When will my order be sent?
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 12-48 hrs after payment. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address details. If we receive a returned item for in incorrect address we can either refund or reship the item to you.
