Bought five of these kits (different coloured bands) and very happy with the purchase, I can keep track of when I last fed the starters as I’ve made variations to the starter eg adding rye and different flours, the temperature gauge is perfect and the breathable cover has been useful!
Temperature gauge attachable to the jar is perfect, as well as the jar and band to keep track of last feeds. I use the spatula every day, definitely handy. Very happy with this kit, highly recommend!

The starter jar is very good with a wide mouth that is useful. The spatula is also very nice and is non stick as well as long enough to scrape the sides of the jar out.
This was a great purchase. Had helped to prevent my loaves from drying out.
